C•CAP Names Lisa Fontanesi as New National Program Director

We’re pleased to announce Lisa Fontanesi as Culinary Careers Program’s new National Program Director. With more than 11 years as Program Director of C•CAP Los Angeles, Lisa has been a hands-on leader across student programming, fundraising, and partnerships with educators and industry leaders. Under her leadership, the LA program expanded into Oxnard, Ventura, Glendale, and Orange County. In her new role, Lisa will support program leaders nationwide and help strengthen curriculum, fundraising, and apprenticeship pathways.
