C•CAP Welcomes New Leadership in Arizona

Libby Treadway & Shawn Morris

Please join us in welcoming Libby Treadway as Program Director and Shawn Morris as Program Manager of C•CAP Arizona!

Libby grew up in Arizona and is a graduate of Arizona State University. Throughout her career, she has supported culinary education and workforce development from multiple perspectives. She began working with King Arthur Baking Company's Bake for Good program as a nationwide program coordinator, collaborating with C•CAP across the country.

She later became a culinary educator in Chandler, Arizona, where she participated in the C•CAP program for four years. Most recently, she served on the apprenticeship team at East Valley Institute of Technology (EVIT) as an Industry Partnerships Coordinator, continuing her work connecting students to career opportunities.

Shawn joins the Arizona team after a distinguished career in both industry and education. Before entering the classroom, he worked in a variety of culinary roles, including as the owner and operator of his own catering company and as a private chef.

For the past 15 years, he has taught Culinary Arts at Glendale High School and has been one of Arizona’s most dedicated and successful C•CAP educators, helping countless students discover pathways into food and hospitality careers.

Both Libby and Shawn bring years of experience and deep connections to Arizona’s culinary and education communities. We are thrilled to have two such experienced members of the Arizona C•CAP family leading the program’s next chapter!
