Harlem Globetrotters and Chef Marcus Samuelsson Film with C•CAP Students for the team’s Emmy-nominated NBC series “Harlem Globetrotters: Play It Forward”

Iconic basketball acrobats the Harlem Globetrotters will be at the American Dream mall in East Rutherford on Thursday to record a show with celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson.

The team's Emmy-nominated NBC series "Harlem Globetrotters: Play It Forward" is set to film a cooking competition as part of an upcoming episode of the show’s third season.

Three Globetrotters will appear with students from the nonprofit Careers Through Culinary Arts Program at the Marcus Live! Bar & Grille at American Dream. Samuelsson will conduct a culinary lesson for the students, assisted by Globetrotters Jahmani Swanson, Brawley Chisholm and Latif Rivers, who will lead their own teams in the contest.
